These bamboo also known as spiny or rock lobsters. They have a juicy tail full of meat, where most of its meat is. Unlike the boston lobsters, these rock lobsters have no claws.

Frozen, best consumed within 30 days. Once thawed do not re-freeze.

We like them steamed with garlic and lemon.
