Shopee MALL Terms of Service

1. Introduction

1.1 Welcome to join the Shopee International Mall Program ("Program"). The Program is an additional service provided by Shopee Singapore Private Limited and its affiliates ("Shopee") to Shopee-registered sellers outside Singapore ("Sellers") who do not have a registered business in their country of origin.

1.2 Through the Program, NB Sellers may sell their products on or through the website, https://shopee.sg/ and its mobile applications, or any other Internet domain properties of Shopee or its affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Singapore website").

1.3 These Shopee International Mall Service Terms are intended to cover the activities provided by Shopee to NB sellers under this program, including but not limited to the collection, verification and execution of all transactions between NB sellers and buyers under this program. If you are a NB seller, if you continue to participate in the Shopee International Mall Terms of Service, you have agreed to the Shopee International Mall Terms of Service and other Shopee policies (of which these Shopee International Mall Terms of Service are a part) of this program. These Shopee International Mall Terms of Service supplement the Terms of Service and other Shopee policies - please read the Terms of Service and other Shopee policies available on the Singapore website as they contain important information about your rights and obligations. Any terms used in the Shopee International Mall Terms of Service that are not defined herein will have the meaning given to such terms in the Terms of Service and/or applicable Shopee policies. All terms and conditions described in the Shopee International Mall Terms of Service are subject to change by Shopee at its sole discretion in accordance with the Terms of Service.

1.4 Shopee reserves the right to change, modify, suspend or terminate all or any part of the Program at any time or upon notice in accordance with local legal requirements. Shopee may release a beta version of certain services of the Program or its features, which may not work properly or in the same way as the final version, in which case we will not be held responsible. Shopee may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or the entire Program at its sole discretion and without notice or liability.

1.5 If there is any discrepancy between the terms in Shopee’s policies and these Shopee International Mall Terms of Service, these Shopee International Mall Terms of Service will continue to apply.

2.1 After selling goods under this program on the Singapore website: (a) Note that Shopee agrees to sell the goods to the seller; (b) NB the seller shall arrange for the delivery of the purchased goods to the address notified by Shopee at its own expense; (c) ) Note that Shopee provides sellers with the delivery company name, tracking number, and other information related to the order;
(d) Shopee shall resell the Goods to the Buyer and charge the Buyer the Singapore Listing Price in U.S. dollars; and (e) Shopee shall remit the proceeds of the sale to the Seller (less any applicable fees, charges, commissions and other deductions Forehead).

2. Selling goods on Singapore website

2.2 Orders are subject to reasonable inspection by Shopee, and Shopee may reject any product that is defective, does not meet the requirements of the order, is reasonably believed to be counterfeit, or violates the Terms of Service or Shopee policies.

3. Obligations, Representations and Warranties

3.1 Nothing in these Shopee International Mall Terms of Service shall relieve the NB Seller from any obligations, responsibilities, representations or warranties owed to the Buyer under the Terms of Service, Shopee policies or legal operations related to its products.

3.2 For the avoidance of doubt, any fees applicable to NB Sellers as set out in the Terms of Service and Shopee Policies will continue to apply.

3.3 You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Shopee and its shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners and employees (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") any damage. All claims, actions, proceedings and proceedings and all related liabilities, damages, settlement fines, penalties, costs and expenses (including without limitation any other dispute resolution fees) of any Indemnified Party arising out of or relating to: ) Any transaction conducted on the Singapore website, or any dispute related to such transaction, (b) Shopee warranties, (d) your breach or violation of any term of these Shopee International Mall Terms of Service or any policy guidelines referenced herein, (e ) your use or misuse of any Services, (f) your violation of any law or any rights of a third party, or (g) any content you upload.
