Country of Origin: Malaysia / Indonesia Weight: Approximately 500g Even though it's commonly known as the poor man's lobster, there is absolutely nothing poor in its flavour or texture! When fresh, crayfish can taste as good as, or even better, than some lobsters! They are commonly grilled, steamed or stir-fried. Please note that weight range provided is before any de-gutting and cleaning of the product. This set may come in 2 - 3 pieces in order to make up the indicated weight before processing - exact number of pieces will vary from day to day's daily catch. Do note that it is natural for the product to have some blackish liquid in the packaging - those are simply the leftover juices from its head when our crew chop / clean the pieces for you and is not a sign of defect or spoilage.
