Air-flown from Canada, this lobster species is known and prized for its sweet flavor, tender meat, giant claws, and hard shells. There are many ways to cook the Boston lobster. Simply steam it, grill it, lobster porridge or fry. Your order will be delivered live in a foam box packed with some ice to keep the temperature low.
